This was an individual Project at the beginning of my Undergraduate Studies in Architecture. The objective was to design a low-cost collective housing in a rural area.

Program: Low-cost collective housing.

Location: Rosario, Province of Santa Fe, Argentina.

 

The project consisted of four concrete modules of boxes.

The design of these units is inspired in stacked "boxes of matches“.

Each box had the same volume, however, some were rotated in order to become duplex apartments.

 

One module contained 2 duplex apartments and 2 single floor apartments.
